By accessing or using the Blood DOT application and services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to register and use Blood DOT. You are responsible for providing accurate registration information.

Platform role

Blood DOT is a technology platform that helps users coordinate blood requests and patient fundraising. We do not provide medical advice, guarantee donor availability, or act as a hospital, blood bank, or healthcare provider.

User responsibilities

• Provide truthful profile, request, and campaign information.
• Use donor availability and blood request features responsibly.
• Upload only authentic patient photos and medical documents for fundraising.
• Comply with applicable blood donation, healthcare, and financial laws.
• Not misuse contact details shared through matched requests.

Fundraising and donations

Campaigns are subject to admin review. Donations are voluntary contributions toward approved patient goals and are processed through third-party payment partners. Blood DOT may reject, pause, or remove campaigns that violate policy or appear fraudulent.

Payments

Online donations are handled by Razorpay or other authorized payment gateways. Payment success is confirmed through gateway verification and backend order status checks. Users must not attempt to manipulate payment flows.

Prohibited conduct

• Fake blood requests or fundraising campaigns.
• Harassment, hate speech, or misuse of donor/seeker contact information.
• Uploading malware, illegal content, or unauthorized personal data.
• Attempting to access admin systems or other users' accounts.

Account suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create safety risks, or are required to be removed by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blood DOT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, donor non-response, payment delays, or third-party service failures.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
